Because it's been a while, we thought we'd have a play with the camera again!

Kat told me to prat about with the controls of it and (having nearly stuffed it up!) I managed to get a really nice picture!

Spyyk decided to show off that huge mouth by glomping a whole pellet...

And then I had some fun with colours...

Ahh what fun the Reverse Button is! :D
Hope you think the colours are as funky as I do - I wonder if I could turn that into a massive poster...

Lol, yup!
But I think that's because he's a she :D
Her claws have darkened, suggesting maturity, her body is going outwards, her cloaca has remains small, and her head is pretty broad - all pointing at femaleness.

But all the same, I love Spangles!

IBF: I've just discovered GIMP which is a PITA to use, but apparently has almost as many functions as PhotoShop ;)

Haven't seen it Saracen! What's it about?

Its a sci fi show, by the same bloke who created Buffy the Vampire Slayer. There is a really big bloke in the show, butch and burly, who is a mercenary, and always in fights, and his name is Jayne! The running joke through the show, is that "Jayne is a girls name"!

Spyyk can be a girls name too..... if girls can be called Sidney and James, they can be called Spyyk! Then of course, would you have told The Duke himself that he had a girls name? Or Big Daddy?

*applauds* Or John Wayne?

Spyyk's ummm... *gets tape measure* one moment...
*back*
About 7" long - a good 2" from foot to tailarc tall.
She must be coming on for about 8 months - *thinks and does a bit of math*
Well, I found her end of March-ish, she came home April 11th.
Guessing on her size (or lack of at the time) I would say her hatch date was probably very end of January to early Feb. So she's roughly8-9 months old.
:D

Will post some more pics later when I have time.

Have to go clean said animal, and reward for sitting still and not biting me long enough to get a reasonably accurate measurement.

It's been a little while.
Nothing much has changed - Spyyk's just a bit bigger...
Image

And a bit cheekier now :D
Image

I promise this isn't an edited reverse image thingie - this is how chirpy she was to see the camera - *boing, bounce, boing...*

Image

Image

She's still trying to find her vocation in life. But decided against being a Galileo's thermometer after about ten minutes. It was boring, and she needed another her.
Image

She STILL likes to be a bit of a buggerooter, scatting away when I try to take a nice picture...
Image

And STILL can't find her dinner...
Image

Image

Although she has taken to posing. That grin's so big you can even see her teeth! (The black line along her lower lip. Yup, those are teeth.)
Image

*Spyyk giggles*
Image

Woohoo! *has shot off to bite fingers*

*laughs* Yeah - turns out the "big gal" IS a big bloke after all...

He's just turned a year old, nailpolish properly black, and out of nowhere, an enlarged cloaca.
Not a prolapse or anything, just maleness finally showing through.
Isn't he a pain in the behindy?

Spyyk's blog has also undergone a rework, lots of new info and new sections added:
