It is a 3 x 2 x 2 tank and there are 4 x 39W T5's and 2 x 36" T8's for total coverage, a mix of marine white 14000K and actinic plus for better photosynthesis.
Tank circulation is 30 x volume ( approx 10K lph )

Your picks are great and the reason I am stoked about starting one of my own.

Hmm perhaps k.o.d. and Kev have been wondering why I haven't been on/in this thread, and this forum more often. I have to confess that had it not been for -Rambler- and his salutation to k.o.d.'s amazing pictures I would not be here now. So having arrived and again ogled k.o.d.?s fantastic pictures I scrolled on down until I came to my previous post. On reading it I found that I had inadvertently left out two little words (to get), and unfortunately that is how it is at the moment. Why? Well without elaborating, I have to put it down to the cost of staying on line. My PC has cost me a nano, until next year at least. :(

That sucks Mick, but I know how you feel. Usually either $$$ or time. Seems when I ahve the time no $$$ and vice versa. I had a little $$$ so I just bought the stuff. Hopefully I have it set up before retirement LOL.
