Well... they were all getting on well and no fins have ever been nipped but some :@ fish has nipped poor Reflection on his back!!
I have put him in his own tank with some good old aloe.

Anyone know of anything else i could add to make things easier for him?

From now on he is living on his own with some snail friends only.

That does tend to happen... the long, flowing fins are very attractive!

I have found that Indian Almond Leaves tend to help

How very very strange - actually out of the muscle?
What fish did you say you have? Anything with teeth, tetra perhaps?

Could it have just been a missing scale?

It's certainly a possibility, what with it being quite an odd place. It could also be a fish pulled it off.
Rex is forever looking scabby due to missing scales.

Sounds sensible.
What about a nice lady friend or three? Colouring like that deserves sharing.

problem is tanks then!

it would be nice if i could get a pure red female... kk and i have talked about this.
reflection has a fair bit of blue gene in him which if the offspring could be slightly reduced it would be great.

he would make a great do tho
